Homeowner's Insurance Claims Process

1. Visit and inspection of the property to determine the damage.


2. Contractual signature of representation before the insurance of the property.
3. Visit or mitigation by the restoration company.


4. Call of Public Adjuster and/or Attorneys (First contact).


5. Report of the claim to the insurance company.


6. Inspection of the property with the insurance adjuster and the client’s representative company, it is worth mentioning that this inspection is previously coordinated with the insured.

7. Comply with requests and/or requirements of the insurance company such as.
such as:
* Copy of Policy.
* Copy of mortgage statement.
* Copy of water bills.
* Copy of electricity bills.
* Inspection report of the property at the moment of the purchase of the house.
* License photos of the insured(s).


8. All documentation is processed, and 90 days by law the insurance company has to respond to our claim and open coverage.

9. We will enter into the negotiation process with the insurance company to determine payments, when the case coverage is opened, the check will be sent to the client’s home or our offices, it must be endorsed by the client, morgate, adjuster / attorney and the client will have his compensation, (always wait for the notification and steps to follow from his representative).

10. The claim process will culminate with the compensation received from the insurance company and the client will be able to make the respective repairs in the affected areas.

11. If no fair payment agreement is reached by the insured, we proceed to send the case to the next stage with our associated lawyers.
